At NutriMill, we stand behind the quality of our kitchen appliances and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your mill or mixer doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the appliance in its original packaging, including all manuals, components, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
