What is the standard shipping timeframe for NutriMill appliances?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx or UPS generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do NutriMill products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our grain mills and kitchen appliances come with a limited manufacturer warranty. For example, the NutriMill Harvest carries a 5-year warranty on the motor and milling stones.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to items that have been used with food products.
Can I mill oily seeds or nuts in my NutriMill grain mill?
Most of our impact mills are designed specifically for dry grains and legumes. Milling oily seeds or nuts can gum up the internal mechanisms and is not recommended unless specified for a specific model like our stone mills.
Do you offer international shipping?
